Bulgarian Off Plan Feature - About St Vlas

Peace, tranquillity, exclusivity

St Vlas is a small coastal town, a few miles away from the popular resort of Sunny Beach but still benefiting from being situated on the same beautiful bay as its larger neighbour. All of the Sunny Beach facilities are accessible by a short taxi ride or even a leisurely stroll along the sweeping, sandy bay. The international airport of Burgas is only a 15 minute drive and within the village itself there is a variety of restaurants and local shops.

The Dinevi's have endeavoured to create an exclusive resort village on the Black Sea coast and have already completed three small, self contained complexes including the Monastery. All have 24 hour security, restaurants, private pools, landscaped grounds and are maintained to the highest standards. Indeed, the Dinevi Brothers have even built their own houses within this area to take full advantage of its exclusiveness and the stunning views over the bay.

All apartments are either first line or within a few hundred feet of the sea (this is a true figure - unlike some other distances quoted on other websites) nearly all apartments have sea views across the bay to the ancient town of Nessebar and there are no busy roads etc. to cross between you and the beach.

The photos to the right were taken from the neighbouring Dinevi complexes built on the same stretch of land as the Lazur and La Dolce Vita developments.

They exemplify the stunning views of the Black sea and the carefully landscaped grounds that have become the hallmark of the Dinevi Brothers projects.

The photograph to the left is of the sandy beach connected to the Dinevi complexes. This beach is only accessed from these complexes and offers peace and seclusion away from the bustling beaches of Sunny Beach.

St Vlas can never become over developed as it rests between the majestic Stara Planina mountain range and the beautiful Black Sea coast. This also ensures that the area has it's own distinct micro-climate which is milder than the rest of the coast.
