Irish-Bulgarian investment company has bought a 725000 sq.m land near the village Livada, municipality of Sredets, Burgas district. Village Livada is situated 18 km south-west from the city of Burgas and the Black sea. Burgas international airport is 25 km away. The village is big and well developed. It offers all needed amenities like regular transport, police and health service, post office, restaurant, cafes, shops.
Many foreigners already preffered this place for their season or permanent residence. The horse riding base with a school for dummies riders will spread on more than 600000 sq.m. of land at the outskirts of the village Livada.
It will offer both free range horse riding, where you go out on your own or you can take a relaxing guided horse ride with one of base friendly guides to assist you. Horse riding lessons and horse agistment will be also available. Some of the offered tracks and paths will include riding to the shores of the beautiful Mandra lake. In the not too distant future the company investor has an intentions to start building a holiday villages close to the horse riding base.
According to the plans horse riding base will accept its first visitors at the begining of 2009. |
