I prefer to say i do not speak or understand any Bulgarian working on the premise that a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing and can lead to all sorts of problems when dealing with official or law ,much safer for a native speaker to act for me

as an after thought perhaps some of the fines paid by the brits might go towards thesetup costs also up till this year we have been paying for our visas where has all this money gone ,i for one would not mind paying yearly for my visa if the money went towards services like this
