Tourist information around Sunny Beach

I am gradually trying to build up a file of places to visit, things to do, trips etc, within say a 40 mile radius of our place near Sunny Beach for our guests.
Tourist information is still quite poor in Bulgaria so I would welcome any suggestions anyone can offer.
Thanks
Graeme

Thanks for that info so why when we have proxy votes do we get votes on the number of owners of the property. In our case there are three of us and now as my daughter is married her husband gets a proxy as well. The lawyer seems to chargeon that basis.

Am I right in assuming that the fact that meetings can be held at short notice is to limit the chances of non resident owners from taking over? The same would seem to apply to the voting system. There is seems to be two types of vote, one based on the area you own and one on the number of owners (ra...

It is all as clear as mud at the moment! There are two ways of doing it :a) General meeting and b) Owners Association. I am right in saying you have to 100% of the owners (including the developer who will also retain the pools, bars, pay areas) to be members. Surely on a large complex with over 200 ...

It has been suggested that in order to go for an Association of Owners, all the owners need to provide copies of their Notary documents. I am very reluctant to do this. Would you give your house deeds to someone along with those of everyone else in your village or estate? It also puts a huge respons...

I've had my doubts about Intasure mainly for the reasons stated in this thread. They do a lot of guest house/B&B work in the UK. They are very keen to do business and will give owners groups commission or intro fees and even give individuals agency fees or special discounts. I rather wondered if you...

Insurance through Owners Assn for complex

We have a property on a complex. The Owners Association arranged discounted insurance with Intrasure who give the association a commission. I must admit to not looking esle where but what other firms are there that I could look at.
