At the end of the week, month year, buyer beware and buyer get a solicitor pre any serioius want to purchase property anywhere... As ever, many look for a cheap offer, buy on impulse, hurry while the cautious fear and go and find a solicitor, or use their nose. UK Government does poke their pennies...

Sorry, but this is a very stupid list of documents, most are not neccessary and there is no notary who would ever ask for them, There is no way all of the documents to be gathered for one sale/purchase as some of them are for companies selling, others - for private sellers apart from the Skitza and ...

It's quite normal for Bulgarians not to use a Solicitor but as spantrout states, most people who have been ripped off in Bulgaria went for the 'cheaper' option & used an in house solicitor or none at all.
