As pointed out the info that I posted was how it worked before we left the EU, although in January it had not come to light what they were now asking for. I do know a couple of people who have changed there licence but have had to use a solicitor as they did not have the school documents. I suppose ...

You will need to go to your KAT office, you will need to have a medical and the doctor give you a form that you have to hand in with your completed form to KAT, you will need copies of your driving licence, your residency card and your passport. You will be given a date to come back for your licence...

Glad you finally sold your property. You can do a bank transfer but you must declare where the money came from, also you will need to tell the UK tax office as you might have to pay tax on it.

Its good that they are getting the water meter situation sorted, but I thought it had to be the developer and that all notary deeds of every apartment had to be given.

Water office in Sunny Beach is on the roundabout leading up to New Nessebar, it is on the right hand side next to the supermarket. There are some old looking buildings go past the first 2 and its the one on the left behind.

I was talking to a person who has just done it, this was Burgas. She needed to have her health card from the UK, 1,000lv in the bank and her documents for her house, if you don't own a house a rental agreement is ok. It took 7 days and then she had her card.
