Change in law - Foreigners now allowed to own land

We have a a L/C card that expires in 2021 So can I now be classed as a EU citizen and the same as my fellow Bulgarian.But it all sounds to good to be true.
So what is my next step PLEASE

Hi I was looking for blinds a few months ago and found some in Baumax and Pratika also have seen shops around.
You can get off the peg ones and made to order ones in the Baumax store in Burgas.Made to measure one are near the Velex windows

I was told the other day that the post office in Primorsko but might have been all post offices would only hold a letter or parcel for 14 days This was from the post Mistress.
