Architects prices to high to consider selling as advised a project opposed to just the land, rates higher than value of land. reduced land several times,

I have been trying to sell for 20 euros per meter on the second line for a year but no interest. So i think you would have to look a lot lower than that.
Two agents i have used said there no interest what so ever. I bought for 34 eur per m. Cheers.

Good advice, so who knows how much a architect is going to cost etc and can they be instructed from the uk ? My plot is right beside the road and has rugulation etc.

Address have informed me this morning the cheapest plot on the market at 17500 eu, works out 14 eu/M2 less than purchase price.

Is anyone aware of any company who has sold a plot of land in the Topola area beside the golf course and who is activly trying to sell plots ? or aware of any building progress in the area.

Thanks Matt, the price 30k / 772sqm plot in Topola by the Golf course third row back from the cliff. So 2k + commision sounds about right but i think i will raise it by another couple of K to make sure. thanks
