Im using them to purchase a studio in sunny beach. its early days yet but so far ive had no problems with them. They return my emails and are always available to take my calls. Id have no problem useing them in the future, but as i said its still early days....

I think if you are a few minutes away, you ill benefit from the facilities but also get a bit of breathing space
