If you bought it from Amazon UK on your Amazon UK account it will come to you already registered with your name in the Kindle.

Of course if you have a VPN on your computer, it masks your ISP, you could download from Waterstones. I tried it this morning with no problems.

With a VPN you can also watch UK tv on your computer or link it to your TV.
