Hi Happyhouse,
There are some good web sites on line that cover all the key stages. BBC Bitesize etc. My daughter found them useful. Have you thought of trying these
until you can get hold of some books?

Hi Dangermouse,

We booked a ski holiday with Bulgariaski. On their web site there is a link for jobs in Bansko. Don't know anything else about them but it might be worth taking a look. I think all the jobs were in hotels atc.

Good luck, hope it helps. Rej

My son and friends are in Borovets this week. I can confirm what is being said about prices, 8 leva for a large beer in the bars opposite the Rila. This is a real shame, we have been going to Borovets for a number of years, summer and winter and love it. In 2005 our daughter was in ski lessons and w...

On the borosports website ( for Borovets ) They are advertising a wedding package. Maybe its worth asking them whats involved? It does seem to be aimed at non BG guests.

Hi Blakey, I haven't used it but on a return trip to the Uk on BA we must have hit back to school time. The plane was full of children in a school uniform. Whilst waiting for our luggage we couldn't help but smile watching the young lady in charge of them, all she seemed to do was count!! She seemed...

I think the rules on registering are quite tight. There are different levels and depending on how large the firm is depends on which level they can register for. That in turn allows for how large a build they are considered capable of doing. ie. Level 6 - One house. Level 1 - a large development. So...

Hi Cal,
You need to book it and it costs extra. Sorry can't remember how much. Think you have to phone them about it, not sure you can do it on the net.

We pre booked it and it cost about an extra £15 for each set of equipment. They had to be checked in seperate to the suitcases and were scanned etc whilst we w...

Whilst waiting for our bags at Sofia I was very surprised to see a small dog in an animal carrier going round the carousel. So surprised my reaction made one of the baggage handlers try to give me it, thinking it must be mine. We used Luthansa for that visit but we had to connect at Frankfurt so the...
