certainly the POA specified it was for setting up the company and only this, which means you probably don't have to cancel it, maybe you can take a translator for one hour to make sure you know what's on these documents on bulgarian (always good to have a third party) i haven't heard about this tax ...

you cannot get a LK which sucks because you need it for many things (credit at bank, gsm subscription instead of prepaid..etc..) noboy knows what to do whith these residence card.. One thing I hav enoticed, I pay for Social healthcare here (the minimum ~50 bgn/month), although I cannot take advanteg...

yes, you ll need an international insurance card (zelena carta) and you should also check with the company insurance if there is a limit in how many days you can stay abroad (3,6 month...)


this zelena carta cost me 47.5 LEVA (EU + SCG, BiH, HR)

I believe you can specify for what you give POA (for accounting for example, there is a list of thing I am giving POA to my accountant and it is quite specific), thus you don't have to be afraid someone could get acces to your company bank account, buy a house (!) etc... use the POA in a bad way.

oh yes, and there is no OK office at the new airport (or I missed it) so you cannot order a taxi as you could in the old airport.
so you just have to pick one in the line outside but then even OK, S-express taxis etc.. will ask 15-20 leva for a drive downtown... when it should have been 6-8.

also in sofia, be carefull with OK Superchanc taxi, CK Supertrans taxi etc... these all look like good OK supertrans but are not ! the price by km is a little hidden inside to make it like a standard taxi, so even if you do extremely careful like me, you could get screwed (ok I had drunk a little to...

Interesting indeed, from the time I posted here, I have also come to realize this was absolutely legal (as is is germany). I come from france where it is not possbilbe (and nobody would want that because it would be easier to be spotted by the police !) then I will see at the KAT what they propose, ...
