Well, all I can say is that alot of British people use Constantine, as most lawyers in Dobrich dont speak english. I have friend who use him for lichna Karta etc the only moan is that he is always busy and its difficult to get hold of him.Perhaps Constantine can join the forum and comment.

Hi, unfortunately I can verify the first part of this story as she rented a property off english friends initially then a taxi driver found her somewhere else to live. The rest does not surprise me.

Lots more Romanians here loads of 'B' and 'CT' plates, they are buying property but also Metro in VARNA is very busy as it's so much cheaper than Romania...and yes boreder crossing is easier as dont need passport and minimal customs.

Yes I think that the last post was spot on. It is foolish to get sentimental about gypsies/ poverty etc in bulgaria or anywhere else, and we could have an endless discussion about the chicken or the egg ie are gypsies naturally inclined towards unlawful activity because they are socially marginalise...

EU entry is bound to increase prices the question is how much, no one has mentioned theabolition of the company requirement to own houses/land, no one yet knows when this will be abolished, when it is this will increase prices as well.
