You don't need one - your appliance will work fine with 230 volts. pretty much all European kit will work on at least a + or - 10% voltage variation so you'll certainly have no prob with something as basic as a stove.

Sorry - didnt make myself too clear :( . I meant that Ive seen flats of the same sort of size and in pretty much the same areas at prices up to 100k different.

So far Ive seen adverts for1 bed flats at 40k+ euros (loads on MyBG) and others at over 150. Areas seem pretty similar so is it just greedy sellers or dodgy blocks which make up the big difference in price?

Thatd be great if people could agree on who is good and who isnt!

Ive had a few say that a certan building company is cr*p and a lot more say theyre great. So who do I believe? And if I cant believe one lot about this then can I trust them about other things?

Im sure your right... In my eyes its just like what made a lot of people leave the UK in the first place though...evry b*gger wants his rights but noone wants the responsibilities to go with it. Is it just me? Isnt the answer to the question Why should we have to pay - Why not? The BG system is supported by the BG state and taxpayers so wouldnt they be justifid if they asked why people should choose to come to BG for a better life than they had at home and just expect to get their kids educ...

thanks for your thoughts so far, folks. Im not thinking of renting out - this would be for my own use and maybe insted of a house in the country/village. Big house & big garden can=big hassle in my experince. BG politicos say there's nowt to worry about and they wouldnt lie would they? :wink: Trying...
