Get back in and sit there for 10 years and you will get a possessory title  Actually this happens quite frequently in England since the Land Registry, in a stroke of genius, "dematerialised" title so no document has to be produced. Being in possession is the key to selling houses in UK, in mos...

Nice video here. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/eu/4243146/EU-sculpture-hit-by-sense-of-humour-failure.html The world waits with bated breath. Will the plucky Czechs comply with the Bulgarian ultimatum? Will the EU Council remove it as decadent art? Is Gazprom behind it? Will Gordo...

I must admit I fell for it hook, line and sinker, though I did think the British artist must have been smoking ...

Bulgaria is rubbish - EU

The quirky Czech sense of humour and BG's own version of Tracey Emin have combined to produce an official montage showing BG as the Turkish toilet of Europe! Hi, Nikki, I used to post quite a lot. That was before I gave Eva and the dog the bullet. Poor Blondi. Then I got a bit of a bang on the head and have just woken up as a nicer person. Yes, I was Adolf. I think he posted this info a year or so ago with reference to the changes in the Constitution and...

I think you'll find that the law states that any EU citizen residing in Bulgaria can own the land of his/her own home, right now. 2012 is the latest date for non-resident EU nationals to be able to do that for second homes. 2014 is the latest date for EU national non-residents to own forestry/agricu...
