you are probably thinking of the original tractor factory which was the main source of employment in kavarna. it was closed down about 10 years ago and of course never reopened. i havent heard of any plans to reopen it.

there is a small shop in dobrich which i think is called eurocolour. they are a dulux agent and have excellent paint products and wood stainers and preservers.
its around the same price as uk, but its worth it for the long lasting effect and finish.
