As fas as I remember they use the name valmo-tur or similar. I'm afraid my memory is as hazy as your when it comes to remebering where their office was exactly. in any case I didn't visit their office, I communicated through this forum and by phone, and they came to visit me on site in my village.

Renovations frequently cost more than new build, so as Chppy says, it's probably better to regard your village property as a convenient building plot that already has services installed (assuming, of course that it does have services.) Any more than that is a bonus.
Olly you could fly to Sofia from Dublin via Luton for less than £150, and then get a coach to Varna for £20 return. Helluva long day's travelling but if it's the difference between selling up and keeping your house isn't it worth considering?
