Their web address insnt anything straighforward, I found the site by putting in a seach under friends of Bulgaria, they are uk based and there is a lot of info on the site.

Ive bought not too far from Batak, near Brazigovo. We came across the area thanks to floods and trying to find our way around Velingrad.

It isnt Velin dol at all it Vetren Dol, below Veningrad, it's www.vetrendol.com.

There are lots of bears in Bulgaria Madar, between the mountain ranges in the south, apparently about 500 , and the Stara Zagora mountains another 200.

Im told that the specs that Ive worn since I was 4 years old are not legal in Uk any longer ! We all have to have 'balance' lenses, and since my eyes are very different in strength I cant have glasses that help me see best. I wonder if I would get 'illegal' specs in Bulgaria.
