i chopped all mine down and it took a week to get the roots out they must have been there for 50 years and cut them all down at the front and the side off the house

2 tiar prices

i for one wont be having a 2 tiar price system for my bar restaurant and hotel it will just be bulgarian prices for tourists and bulgarians non off my tourists will be paying more as it gets my goat as every country operate the 2 price structure apart from the uk the only time i have not paid 2 tiar...

our village is what i call a small village compared to leeds in the uk where i live at the moment bratya daskalovi has a school a hospital with new ambulances and good street lighting 2 small watering holes and a local what i would call a take a way but they call it a resaurant there is a few coffee...

where not to live

i am sorry flowers but i for one would not live in a village or town that was full off gypsies nor would i spend good money on a house and renovations if i was only off to visit it in the summer months and then you have the problems of brits buying off ebay etc and they dont know what the local area...

if you have been in the middle east i take it you have done a lot of work on rolls royce cars as i am thinking off taking one over to bulgaria when i move out there full time and will need a reliable guy to service it etc and looking at having it converted to lpg as you only get 12 miles to the gall...

like lee we also source what we need for the build and pay cash for it we do have a brit that is overseeing the work and we fly out every 13 weeks on our next trip over there in 4 weeks time we will be buying all the showers toilets sinks etc tiles and so on the first sess tank is in and now the gro...

building costs

500 lev per day for 3 men does seem a tad expensive i pay my builders 50 levs a day and some on 40 levs a day depending on there skills
