As a 'let's panic the Brits again' ditty by a law company who probably need a bit of dosh to improve their balance sheet, this one is quite clever.
Ignore it. It'll go away.

Furthermore, I really do wish that my posts either appear on this forum as I posted them or failing that, MODs, they were deleted in entirety. Slaphead, if you could limit yourself to stay within forum rules rather we wouldn't have to delete anything ! As it is you continue to walk a very fine line ...

Unlike any of you (and I mean ANY of you!) our front garden terminates in a huge lake, where, if I wish I can swim. But, like most of you we have a cesspit/septic tank foul waste system. And like the vast majority of you, our waste tank leeches into the surrounding ground, i.e. a soakaway. So all of...
Stick with Chlorine as its been the best for years and all this talk of polluting land and lakes ?////????? why would you want to empty the pool????????
In my case, I don't want to empty the pool and barring accidents, I won't. However, should an accident occur...

Re: swimming pools
Thanks for the info Slaphead. I searched Chemical Free Pools and seems these electrons need no chemicals at all. One I saw was called Floatron that floats in the pool, needs no electric as it has solar panels. However it does not say how often I would have to change the water...

Thanks for deleting my posts MOD. Makes me feel like you're doing a great job. As for being able to drink your pool water. We can. Why? Because we took the time to research how and what you need for a chemical free pool. Our unreal pool (above ground) is less than 50 metres from a lake. We have no d...

Well, I doubt it will be automatic and cost free. At the end of the day you and we had the choice of 'to buy or not to buy' within the rules/laws relevant at the point in time you purchased. So, (IMHO) if like us, you bought as a company and had to form a company, then you made that decision all on ...

What to say? OK, going back to last year and the 'as maniacly promoted on a variety of BG related web sites' panic attack of doing stuff with notaries to ensure your electricity is charged at domestic rates versus the commercial rate, which apparently attracted a 20% price hike, we, as ever, did abs...

I guess the appeal has something to do with socialising and having the odd tipple. If you indulge in neither, then the appeal may be somewhat reduced.
Just like a pub in UK really (IMHO). Bracketted abbreviation added to ensure there is no ambiguity in my statement.
Thanks,
Slaps.

Hiya Lee. It has nothing to do with residence of individuals. The rules on EU members property ownership are supposed to change 1/1/12. However, this is Bulgaria so don't hold your breath.
