All they do is divide the tax by 2 it is the same as 1 my wife and I pay half each and it adds up to the same as the guy in the next apartment to us pays, so you are not being done

We have set up direct debits with DSK bank in Nesebur and they pay our water, electric, and council tax bills

My residency is tied to the expiry date on my NHIC card

Bulsat is around the back of the police station, or was 3 years ago, they also had an office in the post office building in new mesebur if it is still there
