Thanks for all the additional information. I'll make a few more enquiries to clarify things at both ends and once sorted, will post on here what I had to do.

Thanks for the replies. I have just found out that we do after all have an emailed copy of the POA in Bulgarian (sorry should have known that, as I could then have been clearer before), so I guess that makes things a little easier according to the info you've all given so far. Padraig - I presume yo...

Apostille for selling BG property from UK

Hi, I've searched the forum for similar topics but can't find anything that covers this particular situation, so I'm hoping there may be someone with experience of this issue who wouldn't mind offering advice... I am British and my wife is Bulgarian, and we live in the UK. We are trying to sell an a...

great stuff - will be interesting to know how the grapes and watermelons get on in the British climate, and though i'll be delighted with any bulgarian tomatoes that grow successfully, I'll keep the 1kg monster in mind as a target... benson - when you say you have been growing them outdoors with no ...

Thanks for the reply Rammylad, will be interested to hear how you get on with your second harvest. Have considered taking some seeds from what we will hopefully grow this year (with the idea that if we have mixed results, I can take seeds from any that do particularly well and they may stand the bes...

Growing Bulgarian tomatoes in the UK

Has anyone on here tried growing Bulgarian tomatoes in the UK? Earlier this year we brought some seeds back and planted them, around the end of April/early May. We have little experience of gardening/horticulture but thought it was worth a try for the chance of getting some of the tasty Bulgarian to...
