Hi, having 3 properties with 5 tanks to maintain,its my experience that just draining the tank with the drain tap(usualy a small orange plastic thing on the inlet with a spring loaded lever)doesnt completly empty the tank.This can lead to other problems as the remaining water or dampness can combine...

Hi, Ive found that an angle grinder with the proper tile disc is perfect. You can get curves and everything just as you want it with this.Just make sure that the disc is for tiles.Get them anywhere.
