So in your opinion helpdesk support could be done remotely from Bulgaria, as it is in the UK from places like India. So now have to figure out if it is cost effective or not :?

Thanks Seedy. S/W support is always more expensive than hardware in my experience. Do you do that remotely?

Not just in Bulgaria but Russia too. If people do the work they should be paid, simple as :(

I would be wary of any home work schemes, get plenty of feedback on the company before dipping your toe is my advice.
