If you look at the buying power of the lev lifestyle and culture of bulgaria I do not think there is much between 20 leva and 60 quid.

yep 70 quid is not to bad a fee compared to other professions. I would pay a mechanic more if I had to.
20 leva is oks for bulgaria although I pay my mechanic a lot less.

Four years ago it was 0.5nb/km for about a doz boxes of tiles..no idea what it costs now. Sorry I cannot be more up to date. Local with a trailer may be ur best bet for your sort of load.
