Good luck Babs. Fingers crossed for you that you get the donkey over to yours in the morning, and give it a few good years of life living in total luxury. Its probably had a hard life, so being pampered for its remaining years would be wonderful for it.

I think its important to go with an estate agent who has been recommended by someone who has used them theirselves. We also live near the Turkish border, and its a great place to be based as you can just drive into Turkey or Greece quite easily. Also the winters are not so harsh down here on the South East BG border.
