Interesting... MY sister in law works for a large independent brewery and pub chain in the UK and they hire 20 Bulgarian cooks/kitchen hands every six months to come and work in England

Why? - in the UK she is (presumably) earning UK rates, (OK - so maybe not masses) so why should she want to throw everything up, abandon her family/friends/responsibilities/contacts and go and work in BG for a pittance? Perhaps because she works with a few Bulgarians you think she might now speak fluent Bulgarian and be interested?... глупост!

Although you might be MOD, please think your posts through more carefully - and please can you also abstain from posting just emoticons and one-liners just to bump a post up and to make it look like it's 'busy' here...

Oh i don't know maybe she can get some business sending UK workers to work in Bulgaria perhaps there are plenty of companies out there doing it with the influx of UK and Irish holidaymakers

It is a Irish owned hotel looking for UK and Irish workers not Bulgarian workers
