Excellent! 400 Lev discount after only one mention of higher than expected fees. Keep it up and we'll be getting paid to allow him to do it for us.
Bargain!

Sorry MOD wasn't really a sales pitch as I don't need the work.

Probably because you are not going to do it. Look arround how much it actually costs and you will see that 210 euro is cheap.

the 20 levs was a joke, everyone could say that he/she charges 1 levs but is not going to do it.

But you cannot advise on UK TAX and this is JUST as important to non resident investors as indeed it is to BG overseas investors as well. I can, and my charge is NOT a joke, and before you ask, yes I am FULLY apprised of BG Company AND tax law.

Investors also need to be apprised of inheritance issues as well and therefore a co-ordinated advice package is required. Your firm cannot do this.

But I do think your joke was funny

Well we provide full legal services for more than 200 foreign customers at the moment so I believe that we are doing well so far.

I do not intend to offence anyone I just do not like people who are contradicting everything they see. I bet that even if I say that we charge 20 levs you will still say that you charge less.

You would lose your bet, so don't start betting.

You may well advise many individuals and/or companies, but you will not be properly advising them of the ramifications of their overseas investments under UK tax and estate planning. I do.

Just what are the uk tax ramifications and what estate planning is involved in the reregistration of a company. I took advise when I first set up my company and I wonder what has changed regarding the uk tax angle and my bulgarian company in the last four years?

There are no directly related ramifications re the re-registering (as such) my post was being more general than that.

However one issue that IS connected is that now the central database is readily viewable by the whole of the tax authorities throughout EUROPE, the U.K tax authorities in particular will be using it to compare tax retuens in the UK with those abroad. They already have specialist units to do this.

Therefore there will be people who have not been given good advise about the declaring of income and assets in BG. possibly......

Yes, 210 EURO is cheap compared to some of the other extortionate prices being touted for this service. BUT, in relation to the ACTUAL cost of re-registration your 210 euro fee is ridiculous at best.
The actual cost of all documentation and process is in the region of 50 lev, i.e. 25 Euro. Justify your 185 euro mark up and then let us all see just how cheap/good value for money you really are.
