Hi Beeban,

Yep closed in Varna on a Saturday. That's the one we use.

If you are applying for internet access, it takes 10 days for the passwords etc to come through. They told up that it would be OK for our lawyer to collect using our POA.

Sofia (head office) said no, we had to collect in person. :( We're hoping they can be found when we next go over in the new year!

We did this back in March. There were no problems at all. Took 10 days for codes to come through, solicitor picked them up sent them to us. hey presto...on line banking at my fingertips.

Hmmmm. Right, I am definitely going to make that call. They may have masde changes after March time to be seen to be making inroads into the corruption thing and put a blanket ban on allowing POA collection.

If anyone has been able to get their access codes via a POA with Postbank after Sept this year I would be grateful if you would let me know.

Thank you

Our accountant arranged internet banking with Postbank in VT around April time. He then picked up the access codes and hung onto the sealed envelope until we visited in July.
