We don't like them but we gotta pay them! How does it work in Bulgaria?

Tamarisk, in which part of BG your living? I'm asking as my previous accountant died last year, and I'm not pleased with her daughter's work, also she charged me 200lv for just 1 sheet of paper, which i don't understand, as it's in cyrillic.

if you have a non trading company this is what should be done:
1. file a form in the BG Statistics that it's a dormant company
2. file a form in the corporate registry that it didn't have any operations in 2019
This is free of charge (no state fees) if you file it yourself. Of course if you get a solicitor or an accountant to do it you have to pay for their time.

Be advised that in the next years you can probably skip submitting in the coporate registry as they are changing the law and you will only have to file a report is there is actually activity in the company - sales or purchases.
