My search on Dumper only threw up one 'locked' thread so, I've taken the risk of starting a new one.

Has anyone seen small Dumper trucks for sale or even know of anyone that does Dumper Truck hire? Preferably in the Yambol to Burgas area.

I don't need it yet, but next spring, I could really use one to move a lot of earth around my property.

Okay, but I was hoping that you would suggest a suitable set-up. I guess it would have to be at least 500 cc and what size would the bucket be? It needs to be more than a couple of wheelbarrow loads to make it worthwhile. I've never seen an ATV with a dumper attachment. Seen snow ploughs, but perhaps it could become a kind of mini tractor also.

i was thinking more of a galvernised tipping trailer, towed by the atv, then you could use both the trailer and the atv for other tasks (or pleasure) too

Yes, did a bit of Google research and saw that there are towed tipper trailers and front end buckets. However, the towed trailers don't appear to be a hydraulic tip, just an over balance with a foot release set-up.

I do agree though that the ATV does offer more flexibility than just a Dumper truck in the longer term and as you say, there can be some fun in between work also.

If only we had pots of money eh!
