I need the services of a lawyer for a sale.

Postby Bettybottom » Tue Apr 07, 2009 10:47 am

Hi All,

I need the services of a lawyer as I have sold my house and need all paperwork compiled as well as the new owner will need to open a company. Can anyone out there give me a price and time scale to get this done.

Thanks
Betty

Ask Galina Georgieva, she will give you a price guide if you ask her nicely!

Hi Who is this person and how do I get in touch?
Thanks anyways.

Bettybottom, it might be an idea to post the location of your house and please do not start a new topic when replying on one of your own threads.

<galina@bulgaria-legal.com
This is the address of Galina. I had just completed the purchase of an apartment in Bulgaria with this Law Firm and would recommend her. This is not an advert for her firm by a friend but from the REAL WOLRD.

Another comment from the REAL WORDL, you dont actually need a solicitor to sell a house, you should have all your docs, if the buyer wants to check something it should be done by them.
This is BG not UK ;)

So you dispense with a contract, or you let the buyer's solicitor draw it up? Rather than knowing there's a problem you wait for the buyer's solicitor to point it out to you, in Bulgarian? And you can personally get any necessary extracts from the District Court?

Doh..

Agree with all other posters, i have used the services of this lawyer for a few years now, never had a problem. Perfect english, uk contact number so no hefty call charges, even a uk bank account so no transfer fees!
Excellent set up, offices in Varna and Sofia but covers the whole territory of BG, i belive there are now 7 or 8 lawyers working there now.

Ask for Galina, and as a previous poster said, i am a client, not a friend, although i can say i have become friends through time!

good lawyer svetivlas

Postby ann » Mon May 18, 2009 10:46 pm

A friend has recently informed me she is selling her Apt in Sveti Vlas. The only problem is the estate agent she is selling to, want her to pick up the tax bill, which is extortionate, bearing in mind what she actually paid, and the money named on the initial purchasing deeds.
Can anyone recommend a lawyer that will understand this problem and hopefully pass the difference on to the next purchaser which is the estate agent, who will be getting a really good deal.
Any recommendations will be extremely grateful
