Are there any ex-pats or new movers located in the region of Orlintsi - about 5 miles NW of Sredets?

Hi Folks,

My wife and I have some land in Prochod, and are about to build a new holiday villa in Belila, both south of you and about 5-10km west of Sredets. Orlintsi is not on my map, but then again neither is Belila! I know Malina - nearly bought an old house there, and viewed some in Djulevo.

Hi Glazer,

Thanks for your good wishes. We have just appointed an architect, and are about to choose a builder to build a new holiday villa in Belila. We are lucky to have the services of an interpreter who is also acting to some extent as project manager on the spot for us, organising utilities, keeping an eye on things and taking lots of photos.

We'll probably go out again in the new year to see progress, if any.

Where exactly is Orlintsi?

Welcome to the forum. Do you have a builder working on your house just now? We are hoping to start work in March/April, but don't know yet when we will next be out there.

Yes the builder is now work on should finish at end of March.
I can put you in contact with him, Iam going at the start of March to see the house and we have friend who have brought in Syetlina.

Yes, we looked at properties in Svetlina too. We have a builder organised, thanks, just waiting for final architect drawings to finalise the price.
