yo chrisf

with prices as they are now
and hardly any buyers around

i would not be paying anymore than £5000 for any village house

and

no more than £15,000 for any sea view or ski apartments.

because you do not need to

Where would you buy one, Flag?

In another couple of years I'd sell my BG house to a German for Euros and go to the UK and buy a nice renovated farmhouse from one of those impoverished Brits who is struggling to buy a pot of Marmite.

A smallholding in BG where you can produce your own food might be a good buy compared to a semi-detached in a soon-to-be-bankrupt Offshore Island outside the EU !
