Use the little guy it takes you three days to find with dodgy directions, the one who has the crappy looking premises, the one you have to print your request out off Google Translate cos he doesn't speak English. Thats the guy to use - the one the locals use!
AB You've fallen into the trap of being overly cynical. What you need to do is trust everyone, that way you've got a 50/50 chance of coming out with the job done, eventually (tomorrow, after tomorrow ). You won't have any money left at the end, and it will be a crap job, but you'll have a laugh along the way and something to tell the folks back home. And if you dip out the first time, you just pay again. And again, and again. Simple.
