I think the key word in the OP is potential. If golf is the ruin of a good walk then yes because some of the best walks in the world and countryside are in Bulgaria.

Hi All,

I did notice on Gary Players site that he is going to Bulgaria in the next couple of days, lets hope the publicity will be good for all who do have property in these areas.

To be honest we have a plot on Kavana/Bojorets (excuse the spelling)
overlooking Thracian cliffs and are considering selling and investing in Brazil this would purley be to make money to be able to live in Bulgaria it is where we want to be and hope to be able to live in a couple of years, any ideas price per 2m for land?

Thanks

He was already here on the 18th in Balchik.Best price on land, if you can sell, probably 75 Euro's per m2.

I see this site is becoming a bit of a joke now.
Once upon a time it was a mine of infomation .Why is everyone on here becoming so anti- BG.
I often meet people interested in BG and even interested in investing in BG and would love to point them in the direction [as i used to] to this site.
Unfortunatly i i don't anymore as im sure the comments on here would put them off for life .

Where is all that optamism you all had in 2004-5-6 ?
I'm going out tonite to pay the final installment on my second newly built house and give it the "once over" or "twice" over as the case probably will be. Before i put it up for sale .
B4 you all say "uv got no chance matey" as i said a long time ago ,its all about Location Location Location .
NEWS ALERT! Plovdiv airport is now 100% about to open all year round.
No official anouncment as yet but a very influential little dicky bird told me who knows the airport manager that this is about to happen.
Watch this space .
Suppose i'll wait now for all the pessims to reply in force .

ddont get me wrong as i've had more than my fair share of c--p over in Bg but i think it comes with the territory.
Plough on with the the British bBulldog spirit !!
I was in Bg in the first place for the long run and now love the place .Warts an all.
