We got out vignette today in Picadilly Central Mall VT without any problem, I was pleasantly surprised as we did not have any of the car documents with us, However we did have our Bulstat card and passport with us.

It lists all the outlets where vignettes are now available. It lists them by outlet name rather than by town, but if you can read enough cyrillic to spot your town name you could probably work through the list fairly easily!

Hi Mariela. The 31/01 is the last day that Vignette's are valid. Unless you find a sympathetic police man that is!

if you are not using the car, then you do not need a vignette, if that's what you mean ?

You can use the car without the vignette, you just can't use the highways. So if you just potter about the town, you don't need to bother - although unless you are truly a local yokel you are likely to leave at some stage

We go ours from the large garage were the road splits for Ljaskvec on the way to Gorna. Weekly Monthly Yearly, clear poster explaining vehicle size and amount to pay. No paper work needed, few questions just name and address and we were on our way. Now they are becoming widely available the police will get less tolerant.

Hi has anyone purchased a car tax for 2010 yet our post office has a notice no vignette (sorry if spelt wrong) but couldn't tell me when we could get one thanks
