Postby stew » Sun Jul 31, 2011 11:40 am

Hi, does anyone know is there a bus service between the two terminals at Sophia Airport. We are flying into terminal 1 with easyjet in September and need to get to terminal 2 for internalflight to Varna.

Many thanks

seems to depend if they feel like running it.

parents there last week waited 45mins no bus so had to pay 7lv in taxi. Asked a number of people and was told there should be one but nobody knew where it was.

P.s. it was around 4pm

Shuttle service

Choice Transfers are a shuttle service operating between both terminals, and to and from the bus station, plus to places further afield. Their phone numbers are 00 359 878 785 665 and 00 359 887 785 665, and they speak English. They were very helpful when I phoned them. They have a desk in Terminal 1 opposite the exit door from the baggage claim area. Also they have a website, info@choice-rent.com
Hope this helps.

Is this a new terminal? :? I`ve flown Sofia-Varna-Varna-Sofia with BG Air a couple of times and NEVER had to find another terminal!

Hi Stewarty,

There is now terminal 2 at Sophia which i think has been there for a couple of years if not more. Internal flights are from terminal 2 but we fly into terminal 1 with easyjet. from Manchester.Think we remember years ago there was only one terminal. Progress for you.

regards

10 leva between terminals? Nice little earner.

The national airlines, such as BA and Bulgaria Air, fly into Terminal 2 while the budget airlines (Easyjet, Wizzair etc) use the old Terminal 1
