I always used to use Dimi 00359889704523 until my girlfriends family started picking us up. He was reliable and speaks English.
Think he charged about 40 leva from Dobrich to airport, We used to go Kranevo-Dobrich-Varna for 50 leva. was a little more for late night flights

Unfortunately with the fuel increase I would have thought that the price would have risen as well. It also depends on where abouts in Dobrich region of course. I know someone, english lady, who does airport runs, if you would like her information p.m. for details. She is very reliable and honest...
