I believe that they are, at least in the towns and cities. I was reading their poster adverts whilst paying our EVN bill and learned that the 2011 ones are valid until the end of January. So, if I read it correctly, there is no need to rush out on the 1st of Jan to buy the 2012 one.

I usually buy mine in a Lukoil station, never ever thought that the Post Office sold them until I saw their poster.

Plus, I will be using that 'hairdryer' tip to remove the old one before sticking the new one in place - it works a treat.

When you remove the old vignette it will tear and be destroyed. If you use some window cleaner and a cloth it will remove the residue from the old vignette.

I has my 2012 vignette displayed beneath my 2011 one. That is until Jan 1st of course. ;)
