Just checking if anyone knows if an apartment complex general meeting can be legally held on a weekend, eg Saturday?

Or is this classed a holiday period and General Meetings cannot be legally held on a Saturday under the condominium ownership act?

Hope you and Mal are well, that is interesting yours is Saturday (today) I was under the impression for a while they could just be week days so wanted to find out.

We have not been over this year, I may be over late August for a few days.

Does the law not say that an agm cannot be held from June /august unless of an emergency who wants to be bothered with this in a holiday period.
