early bookings

Postby steven1404 » Fri Apr 22, 2011 11:50 am

my place opens next year it still looks like a major building site at the moment but as i open next year most off my advertising will start next jan but i have made contact with some good contacts over in bg to increase my bookings for the season and out of season.
while all the new build is taking place in the courtyard the main house will be converted into bar and resturant area with live entertainment at the weekends and the usual bingo quiz and back ground music during the week.

in the courtyard they will be 10 ensuite rooms built some singles some doubles some de lux doubles and a family delux suite all with a view of the swimming pool.

hopefully my summer trade will pay for the quiet times in winter fingers crossed

So answer is VERY GOOD for 2011.

:D

So did the Russian family actually rent with you for all that time? We have increasing numbers of seemingly genuine enquiries from that country, not one of which has resulted in a letting!

No the russians dropped out but a family from romanian took over and really enjoyed there holiday with others trying to rent in there weeks which was a shame.

We have had bookings for next year already from the uk.

Mmm... I will be not counting any Russian chickens in future. [-(
Like you, we had plenty of double booking enquiries: Polish people in particular can't seem to be bothered looking at availability calendars or even checking how many people the apartment sleeps!
Funny lot these foreigners!
Best of luck with next year: looks like you're off to a good start!
