POLL: Where are you getting your rental bookings from?

Postby BeckyD » Tue Apr 08, 2008 9:00 pm

I'm interested to find out where peoples rental bookings are being generated from for those that don't use a rental agent, and what avenues they feel are most effective.

Thanks,
Becky

Why not include those who use a rental agent too, to see if they are worth trying? Here at Pride-BG I think our most lettable properties are doing extremely well so far this year.

hav got a booking from someone who stayed on the complex last year in a different apartment. and also from friends.

Had 1 enquiry from www.holidaylettings.co.uk.

am on a numbr of free sites but these have drawn no interest.

Have a possible couple of bookings I can follow up on for the summer. I will be happy if I get can 4 to 5 weeks total this year.

Does anyone know how I edit the poll to include an additional option?

Thanks,
Becky

Hi, We're fairly certain polls cannot be added to once they have started - it would be all too easy to alter the statistics if you could! Sorry!

the site we have found best is paid for but not upfront....they take 10% off every booking...don't think it comes under any of your headings...have used free ones and had a bit of interest...

I have my own website but I also use a rental agent to get my booking. They seem really good and I have had a few enquiries and 3 bookings from them.

www.letsgobulgaria.co.uk

I am going to look for some free advertising as well later in the year.
