Hi

There is a good english speaking guy on the second floor of eon this is like the managers area so many rooms lol. But afraid you have to get up there past security and have a good reason. maybe go with a solicitor if its a good case. I have to admit he spoke perfect english unlike the robots on the desk below who shug there shoulders at every matter. fair enough your in there country but when someone talks bulgarian to them and get the same reaction. Well what are they there for? lol

Good luck

Does this apply to us small fry too where EON abuse their customers?

Anyway, we went to E-on in Varna today to switch our second property over to both day and night rate. Why this sort of thing can’t be done online or over the telephone in this day and age is beyond belief. They could always add their charge to the next bill.

We’ve owned the properties for virtually the same length of time and the first house was switched over almost immediately we arrived here, nearly four years ago. We decided to wait until the second house was renovated before doing anything with that.

That was over three years ago. Don’t ask me why we haven’t changed it before now. Well, I do know why, it was having to face a queue of people a mile long and having to stand there for half the day.

They had moved into Varna Towers, just across the road from Praktiker/Piccadilly, about four months ago but, despite seeing the sign every time we went to Varna, we still didn’t make it through the door, until today.

My god! There was no one queuing and some wickets devoid of customers. The representative was actually helpful and we filled in a form, paid the money and were out within less than 10 minutes. It was unbelievable.

We’ve wasted quite a bit of money in not changing over before now and, although our kwh unit rate, with tax, for overnight usage is now 0.115752, as opposed to 0.188556, we still have to use 575 units overnight before breaking even with their charge for changing to the two tariff system. Still, it was worth it just to witness the difference between the old and new E-on.
