company formation prices

Postby moosty » Sat Apr 12, 2008 10:23 am

Can anyone suggest what the average cost should be for forming a company in bg. I am looking for an English speaking solicitor in the vt region, one that i can give POA to for completion of my house in my absence. :?

I think the actual out of pocket fees alone were more than that.

Anyway, the new system is entirely different.

I would like to find a solicitor who will proceed with the buying of my house through to the end of sale(with poa), including company formation. I have been quoted a price of about £600. Didn't know if this was a fair price or not. :?

Hi, moosty. Please don't think that you will be dealing with a 'Lawyer' as we know the word. Some will tell you that they are a 'Lawyer' but all they are, are people who know a bit more about buying and selling house's: An estate agent really.

That's why you need to get a "proof" that someone is really registered in the Bar association.

I have noticed that albeit the bureaucracy involved in setting up a new company has lessened, that been the new online registering website does not seem to have spawned a drop in the price most agents are still charging for this service. Is the customer not to benefit from these new and improved ways?
any thoughts....
