Don't knock it Mat - there's maybe a free cup of milky tea and a biscuit included in the deal.

Ordinarily, the only way to get that is to lose your passport.... :-)

Has anyone tried to change their UK Driving Licence to a Bulgarian one, if so whats the procedure.
