To all our friends in Bulgaria....
please share with your BG friends...

BEWARE OF UK2BG REMOVALS

after 6 months of perseverance via the court system this company has just been found guilty of theft and damages to our items they moved for us last august.....they destroyed every box rummaging through, damaged items and stole valuable items....the company is not registered as the judge discovered in his findings.....they have now got to pay for their actions and we have been awarded damages from them .....please pass on, would hate anybody else to go through what we have....thanks...xxxx

any comments would be wellcome they had such a good reputation on here that is why i booked them

What court was this in? Will it be in any of the papers?

I too was planning to use them to bring my stuff over to BG later this year, so would be very interested to hear more about this. Have to say the every time I have contacted them I have received prompt emails by return and have always been treated very courteously. Can we have some more info please?

they have answered all my questions promptley thats why i want other peoples comments,they are coming for my things in six weeks time, i even have my flights booked,so that i will be there for delivery
they are also driving my car out there, i have put all my faith in them,can other people that have used them please comment , because at the end of the day it only takes one bad apple to spoil a pound,

Maybe the crew of the vehicle concerned should get most of the blame, and unfortunately, companies cannot control how staff behave.
I note also that the company has been through the courts, fined, told to pay damages, was said by the judge not to have been registered.
This company has been a saviour to many on my bg, and one mishap doesnt deem them to be a rogue company, albeit they did not register, and on this occasion acted not in a proper manner. It certainly opened my eyes, as they did have a good reputation and have often advertised on my bg, good luck though to all who have yet to use them.

Was this a criminal or county court judgement please.
