Montana is a town in North West Bulgaria, it's between Sofia and Vidin. We travelled through there last year. It seemed quite a busy town, roads weren't too bad in the town it'self. The road signs weren't very clear and we got lost a few times. Not many people speak English up there.

There is the large company Bulgarian Properties and I think there are now some who have names very similiar, presumably to trade on all the advertising Bulgarian Properties have.
In any case remember ,LET THE BUYER BEWARE, they will rip you off if they get the opportunity.
I have never been to Montana but a Bulgarian nurse I know told me she used to take patients there twice a year for the good air, so must be good for the health.

My naem is Bernadette and I have used them BGP. I have bought 2 properties form them. Thankfully had no problems. Contact Paulina or Sylvia in the head office they will put you right.
