the reason i have not pinned down a location is because it is not a big worry of mine. seacoast is not my priorty.
from my business in england i have the staff and clients ready to come out.
this will work as an extension in business.

There are a few things the location needs, but there are so many places i do not know in bulgaria, and unless i ask first hand i might miss one that would be perfect for my plans.

i know there are people who are having trouble selling, so they might consider renting for a time to make an income and if it works then selling after. There is always a rent-buy option.

Other options are to go into parnership with a hotel owner.

i didnt know if i would get much of a responce and put the post up to see.
so thankyou everyone and please keep the information coming.

have had a really good responce and am going to be ravelling around in the nex few weeks to visit some places.

so again if you know of anyone who is selling, or would look to rent a hoel business please get in contact.
