Maybe I can be of some help if your apartment/development is not finished by next year. I live near Pamporovo and know several people who have apartments and properties for holiday rental.
We use our apartment in Pamporovo in the summer as well as winter, in fact we used it 2 times last summer although the weather was not particularly good either time.

3.5 million BGN will be invested in Pamporovo for the new ski season (18 June 2012)
The triple chairlift from Malina to Studenets will be renovated and it will become faster. A new green run will be constructed from Snezhanka to Stoikite village. The main tourist slope in the resort will be illuminated.
23 km bike park will be also opened until July 2012. Guests of the resort will be able to rent professional bikes and enjoy mountain trace of different difficulty.
The resort expects a successful summer season due to the excellent conditions for holding company events and team buildings. For the first time the resort launches a joint package offer for mountain and sea summer tourism, Pamporovo and Albena offer a special offer at a very attractive rate with up to 15% discount.
Pamporovo offers numerous hiking tours, visits to culture and natural sites and caves in the region. The resort will host a round of the European ski cup for a second consecutive year. Pamporovo will also welcome the world ski teachers championship.
